STORAGE SYSTEMS
The two main types of warehouse racking are Roll Form and Structural Pallet Rack, which differ in durability and construction. Common styles include Tear Drop, Keystone, and Bolt-Together (Structural) Pallet Racks.
Engineered Equipment Systems provides a range of racking solutions tailored to your needs for selectivity, adjustability, and storage density. Our offerings include Selective Racking, Drive-In Racking, Drive-Through Racking, Cantilever Racking, Narrow Aisle Racking, Push-Back Racking, Pallet Flow Racking, and Galvanized Racking.

SELECTIVE RACK
CANTILEVER RACK SYSTEM
Cantilever rack system is a robust and versatile storage solution designed for handling long, bulky, or irregularly shaped items such as lumber, pipes, and steel bars. Unlike traditional pallet racks, cantilever racks feature horizontal arms that extend from vertical columns, providing unobstructed storage space without vertical supports in the way. This design allows for easy loading and unloading of materials using forklifts or other equipment. Cantilever racks can be configured for single-sided or double-sided storage, depending on the available space and storage needs. They are ideal for warehouses, lumber yards, and manufacturing facilities that require efficient and accessible storage for oversized materials

Drive-In/Drive-Thru

Drive-In and Drive-Thru racking systems are high-density storage solutions designed to maximize warehouse space by minimizing the number of aisles. In a Drive-In system, forklifts enter and exit through the same opening, making it suitable for Last In, First Out (LIFO) inventory management. This system is ideal for storing large quantities of similar products. Conversely, a Drive-Thru system is accessible from both ends, allowing for First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management, which is beneficial for time-sensitive products. Both systems consist of multiple racks with lanes that forklifts can drive into to deposit or retrieve pallets, optimizing storage space and improving efficiency
RACK ACCESSORIES
Pallet rack accessories are essential for optimizing the functionality and safety of your storage system. Pallet rack dividers help organize materials and prevent items from shifting. Row spacers ensure uniform spacing between racks, enhancing stability. Additionally, pallet rack enclosures and netting secure products, preventing them from falling and causing injuries. By incorporating these accessories, you can customize your pallet rack system to meet specific needs and improve overall warehouse efficiency

Selective pallet rack is a versatile and widely used storage system in warehouses and distribution centers. It consists of vertical upright frames and horizontal load beams, which can be adjusted to accommodate various pallet sizes and weights. This system allows for direct access to each pallet, making it ideal for facilities that handle a wide variety of products with varying turnover rates. Selective pallet racks can be configured in single deep, double deep, or back-to-back layouts, and they are available in both roll-formed and structural designs. The roll-formed racks offer flexibility and ease of adjustment, while structural racks provide greater durability and weight-bearing capacity. This type of racking system is particularly beneficial for operations that require high selectivity and efficient inventory management.
